At the inauguration ceremony, the fourth president, Mr. Yang Tao passed the flag of Shanghai Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce, which symbolized glory and mission, to President Xie. President Xie raised the flag high, which means that the development of the Chamber of Commerce will enter a new stage. “Polishing the golden card of Shanghai Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce, there is no end, and it is always on the way. I will be responsible, and constantly improve the quality of this golden card.” In his inaugural speech, President Xie said that he would cherish this honor, work with the new Council team to open up a virtuous road, make greater contributions to hometown.
